Born in Prague, Czech Republic, in the city she loves so much, she finished her university degree in 1982 and worked as a professional Engineer for 4 years before leaving the country in 1986 to follow her "Canadian dream,"  which came true!

Jitka is very honest, hard working, focused, and a goal oriented person. Her journey to Canada was not an easy one. She escaped in 1986 with her husband from communist Czechoslovakia in Eastern Europe. She achieved her results in real estate by hard work and is so proud that she could live and work in such a beautiful city – Vancouver, British Columbia.

Jitka spends most of her free time with her family. She feels very honoured to be a mother of her lovely and delightful 18 year old son, Tom. Jitka enjoys hiking on beautiful North Shore trails, walking on the seawall, and in Stanley Park, bike riding, swimming, reading, listening to classical and pop music and she has a passion for cars.
